For over 30 years, I have provided complete sell-side and buy-side advisory services to privately held middle market companies. I have managed several hundred successful transactions, with primary emphasis on manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, and business-to-business service companies. Buy-side clients include public and privately owned companies, private equity groups, family offices, and high net worth individuals. I also provide consulting services to identify key value drivers, remedy weaknesses, and position companies for maximum salability and value. Prior experience includes mergers and acquisitions, strategic and financial planning and analysis, turnarounds, and various management positions in Fortune 500 companies. I am qualified as an expert witness in California Superior Court. My education includes a BA in Economics from Johns Hopkins University, as well as graduate courses in economics, finance, and management.
